The Administration
Building and Laboratory |
The plant laboratory is housed in the site
Administration Building which also contains the site administrative offices.
The laboratory contains
the latest state of the art laboratory facilities and is where a vast range
of tests are carried out on the various phases of the treatment process to
ensure the plant is in compliance with all the state, local and national
wastewater discharge regulations.
The laboratory technician
Mr. Woody Hillis who reports to the Chief Operator, carries out the daily
laboratory work and the running of the laboratory. This work is critical to
the operation of the plant. The accurate test results allow the chief
operator to make sound decisions on changes needed to keep the plant in
compliance with its NPDES permit for the discharge of wastewater from the
plant. |
